I was so excited for Tatum to turn 8. This is such a special birthday. Not only does she get birthday parties, presents, cake and more...but the one best thing is that she can get baptized. I wanted this day to be special for her. I wanted her to realize what she was actually going to be doing.
Here are some pictures of her beautifully WHITE day :-)
While we were in Utah a few weeks ago I took pictures of Tatum outside the Logan Temple in her baptism dress. She was so beautiful and it was FREEZING (-5 degrees!). Reminded me of my wedding day. She did great though. She toughed through the cold and we got some pretty pictures. There was a wedding going on when I was taking her pictures and everyone kept stopping to comment on how pretty Tay-Tay was :-) It made her pose even more!!
The sun was so bright that she had a hard time keeping her eyes open!

I feel so lucky that I have the time to go on field trips with my kids, especially Zeke. I love how he still wants me around. When we were sitting down for lunch he was sitting far away with a bunch of boys and I wasn't sure if I should go sit with him or sit with my "mom friends." Before I could really decide, honestly, I probably would have sat with the other mom's just because I figured he wanted some time with his friends...he called to me: Hey, Mom! Come sit with me! I have never felt so honored. I love my son. He better remember that once he moves away...gets married...that I am still his #1 fan!
