Kid's Say the DARNDEST Things - BEAR

So this past week TAY has had to take the YUMMY pink medicine for her ear infection. Every time we go to give her a dose, BEAR says,

"My ear hurts too!"

We would basically just ignore it because if you make a big deal, she will really play into it. Well, again, another night, we went to give TAY her medicine and...

BEAR - "My Ear hurts!"
JED - "Well, if your ear hurts then we need to take you to the doctor."
BEAR - Stands quietly, thinking, "...well, my eye hurts then!"

We had a very wet/rainy snw day a couple of weeks ago, the kids went outside to play...and CAT just had a melt down...

We went to church today. I was in the nursery, luckily I only have 3 more Sunday's :)
This week BOO is going to spotlighted at school. So of course he didn't tell me until this afternoon, so we spent this evening putting together a post of pictures for him to share with his class and gathering something for him to take everyday this week.
My parents came over for dessert.

BOO and TAY had school this morning. The girls and I went to the YMCA and then went grocery shopping.
We met DEB and her kid's at the park. Of course, everyone wanted to swing, so we did "Spider-Swings."
TAY had her dance class this afternoon.
I went to the Chiropractor, it has been a few weeks :)
For FHE, we talked about the story of Ammon and wrote in our journals.

BOO had school this morning and we went off to the YMCA.
I ran 4 MILES today :)
CAT had a doctor's appointment to check to make sure her ear infection is gone and YEA, it is!
DEB and I went VTing to Meredithe's house, it was our first time and it was nice getting to know her.

BOO and TAY had school this morning. We went to the YMCA while there were at school.
We VANESSA and her girls for lunch at the mall and then played at the inside play area.
TAY started complaining about her ear this afternoon, so I freaked and called the doctor because we are leaving on a vacation tomorrow an didn't wan to take a sick little girl. So we saw him and she DOES have an ear infection....can I please SCREAM now???
BOO'S school put on a night at Skate City, so we took the family roller skating. I haven't done it in YEARS. It was fun to watch the kids though. BEAR didn't like it at all. It BOO a few minutes to get comfortable and then he skated around like a mad man. TAY was so funny. She would skate around and then when a song came on that she knew, she would STOP and shake her BUM a couple times and then continue on skating, she is definitely in her own world, too bad we didn't have the video camera!

BOO had school this morning and the rest of us went to the YMCA.
After school, BOO'S friend, Quinn, came over to play. I ended up talking with his mom basically the whole time he was here, I felt bad because she really didn't get a "break."
We got our COMPUTER back today, I am so excited to get it up and working!
BEAR had gymnastics this afternoon.
We left for UTAH as soon as BEAR for gone with her class. It was a quick trip, we made it in 7.5 hours!!

We woke up early, due to the kids bouncing on our bed. We stayed at JED'S brother's, Josh, house. All of their kid's had school and they had to work. We basically had the house to ourselves to get ready for the day. Once we were ready we headed over to JED'S parents house.
We hung out and then all the "boys" took off to go Snowmobiling, a trip that was SUPPOSE to be 4 hours, turned into 6!!!
I took the kid's back to his brother's house for naps and hung out with 2 of their young kids. We played video games, talked and watched "Twilight" :) haha
Once the boys got back we went back over to JED'S parents house for dinner, then hung out with his siblings the rest of the evening. The kids LOVED playing with their cousins!

I got up early with VERONICA to Yard Sales, I haven't been in YEARS. It was actually fun, I got 3 baby dolls for my girls for $.25 :)
Then we left Cashe Valley and headed up to Bountiful to visit with my Brother's family.
We met for lunch and then took all the kids swimming.
Afterwords, we went back to their house and left JED haha (he got to go snowmobiling) with all the kids and Kierstin and I went shopping. BUT I did come home to TAY having her very first hair cut by herself and her 6 year old cousin, ABREE. Thanks girls :( Luckily, they didn't cut off anything TOO short!
BEN met us at his house and we all went out to dinner. BEAR loves her Uncle Ben. It is way cute, she had to keep telling me. We headed back to Wellsville later that evening.
His brother's were all at the house waiting with their families...get this...we (adults) played Rock Band until 2:30am, I have never had so much fun with video games. It was so fun!

BOO and TAY has school, the 2 youngest girls and I went to the YMCA.
We spent the afternoon cleaning the house - TOP to BOTTOM!
TAY had her dance class tonight, they are starting to REALLY work on their recital, it is way cute, I am so excited to see it!
For Family Home Evening, we wrote in our journals and played some board games.

BOO went to Kindergarten. The girls and I went over to the YMCA, I got 2 miles running in before me class, I was so proud of myself :)
We met DEB and her kid's for lunch.
LeeAnn came over, from church, to talk about and get some pictures of TAY, they are spotlighting her in Primary on Sunday!
We ordered pizza for dinner and watched some TV shows.
My DAD came by and watched the kid's this evening so that JED and I could go for a run, I was a little nervous running outside by myself :) We ran 2 miles in a little over 20 minutes.

BOO went to school.
It started snowing/raining this morning.
JED took the day off, so he went with me and the girls to the YMCA and ran with me :)
We got about 9 inches of WET snow, the kid's got to play outside, poor CAT was so not happy, she sat on the couch sucking her blanket, so banging on the window crying!
We made Chinese food and watched some movies, "Yes Man" and "Bedtime Stories."

We woke up early and went to the YMCA with the kid's.
The Y was putting on a Health Fair for kid's, so we hung out for a couple of hours. They had firefighters there, crafts, bounce house, fitness changes, dentist, etc. It was tons of fun.
I met some girls that I VT at Panera Bread for lunch. It was way nice to get away from the family and talk with some girls, it just turned into a 2 hour lunch, with me going shopping after wards :)
We spent the rest of the Saturday inside because of the wet snow.

Our computer problems begun AGAIN. Jed spent most the afternoon on the phone with Technical Support for them to end up wanting us to send the computer BACK to them, arhhh!

BOO and TAY had preschool.

I did the 500 Cal Boot Camp class at the YMCA.

TAY had dance class this evening.

For FHE tonight, we wrote in our Journals again, the kid's have really gotten into it. They like drawing a picture of something that happened to them the past week. We talked about what Easter was about, it was funny because every time TAY could throw in the Easter Bunny...she would!

BOO had school this morning.

The girls and I went to the YMCA and met my friend PA there, she tried out my weight training class. It was fun to see her there and have someone to work out with :)

We then met her and her baby for lunch, gosh, we could just talk and talk all day!

We then headed over to DEB'S to go to a park, it was a new park in Boulder that we have never been to. It was fun, the kid's enjoyed it. While we were there I realized that CAT'S ears had some fluid coming out, so I knew that she had another ear infection.

We saw Dr. B this afternoon and she does have another infection, he put her on drops and an antibiotic :(

BOO and TAY had school.

The younger girls and I went to the gym. BEAR went to class with me because she wasn't feeling so well, she just had a bad cough. She was so good and just sat there. CAT ended up BITING a little girl in the childcare, I was so embarrassed, not sure how to stop her from biting!!

Our Computer problems just continued today, I spend this afternoon YELLING at the tech over the phone and then JED took over once he got home, it is just so frustrating.

BEAR had gymnastics's this evening, JED and BOO took her.

BOO had school this morning. The girls and I went to the gym.

We went over to our friend Nikki's house for lunch. It was nice hanging out, we DEFINITELY talk to much :)

Once JED got home from work we went down to Bass Pro Shop because they were putting on an Easter Egg Hunt. The kid's LOVE that store because of all the stuffed animals.

We got up early and went to the gym together as a family.

We then went to the Broomfield Community Center's Easter Egg Hunt. The kid's had so much fun but there were WAY to many people there.

I face painted the kid's as Bunny's, although BOO'S came out looking more like a puppy, haha

We died Easter Egg's, BEAR got really into it, it was the first year that she really got to do it. TAY was really good at dying them REALLY dark colors. BOO hurried through them to see how many he could do before the girls.

My parents then came over and we decorated our Easter Bunny house. The kid's tried eating most of the candy, as did my Dad. But it turned out REALLY cute!

**Again, not so many pictures because my Computer busted, but hopefully next week I'll have my "life" back**
